Service Families Accommodation (SFA):
The Amey website provides useful details on moving home, reporting maintenance and repairs and details on their complaints process. Access it here.
The accommodation complaints process is a three Stage Special-to-Type (STT) procedure that exists to deal with matters related to the delivery of Service accommodation. This STT process must be completed prior to the submission of a Service Complaint on the matter.
