Accommodation Issues

There could be times where you will need to speak to someone regarding your accommodation. The following pieces of information should provide you with some answers.

Service Families Accommodation (SFA):

The Amey website provides useful details on moving home, reporting maintenance and repairs and details on their complaints process. Access it here

The accommodation complaints process is a three Stage Special-to-Type (STT) procedure that exists to deal with matters related to the delivery of Service accommodation. This STT process must be completed prior to the submission of a Service Complaint on the matter.

Officers’ Mess: Please speak to the Mess Manager first. The President of the Mess Committee is also available to assist with issues.

Warrants Officers’ and Senior-Non Commissioned Officers Mess: Please speak to the Mess Manager first. The Chair of the Mess Committee is also available to assist with issues.
